As strategic lead, structured the investment case end to end, coordinated across warehouse design, automation, finance, and regulatory workstreams, and brought in specialist inputs on pharma compliance and cold chain. Assisted in building the financial model across two scenarios and wrote the investment memo in the committee's preferred format.

As the consultant, collected and analysed workforce performance data, identified the productivity trends worth presenting, and built the narrative arc — structuring a 10-12 page executive deck that covered everything from key drivers to strategic recommendations. Brought in BFSI domain experience to ensure the framing landed with a financial services board, not just an HR audience.

A top US insurer needed its first Global Capability Center (GCC) in India stood up post-acquisition — 150+ employees to transition, full infrastructure to build, and governance to design from scratch.

As program and transition manager, owned the coordination engine across 800+ activities, multiple workstreams, and 60+ stakeholders. Designed the PMO infrastructure, facilitated weekly cross-functional calls with leadership, and supported the design of the GCC operating model covering current scope and future expansion phases.

GCC went live on schedule. 150+ FTEs transitioned, legal entity established with SOPs across all functional areas, governance framework running from day one.

A proprietary enterprise GenAI tool built for finance workflows needed someone to understand what CFOs actually need, design the experience, and get it market-ready.

As product strategy lead, gathered requirements from finance leaders, conducted UX research and journey mapping, created workflows, and coordinated with tech and design teams to take it to MVP for 3 different use cases within the finance function.
